Defyen products have been designed to give you maximum pleasure on all types of bodies water. They have been manufactured with the greatest care and are made from top-quality materials and components.
We strongly recommend to reading the operating and maintenance instructions for use.
Warranty period
- 2 years on all parts
The warranty period begins on the date of invoice from the seller to the purchaser. The replacement of parts under warranty does not extend the original warranty period.

Warranty coverage
Defyen products are warranted against:
- manufacturing defects
- transport damage, provided this is reported within 48 hours of delivery and recorded on the delivery note when the goods are received.
This warranty does not cover damage or operational defects to Defyen products due to:
- abnormal use that does not comply with the instructions for use;
- lack of maintenance;
- an external cause, such as floods, lightning, fire, etc.
The warranty is limited to the replacement of parts found to be defective, to the exclusion of labor fees and damages and interest.

Warranty terms
The product registration form must be returned to us, duly completed, within one month of the date of the vendor's invoice to the purchaser.
